Delivery time

Normal delivery time is about 2-5 working days for goods that are in stock (stock status is shown at checkout), however, we can never guarantee delivery time as unexpected problems with us, the carrier or the customer may arise.

All orders placed before 14:00 on working days are sent on the same day as the order. Provide mobile number for notification to mobile so that you can pick up your goods if it comes to an agent.



Supplier

We send orders with Postnord. The package is sent as a consignment note and arrives home in the mailbox unless the package becomes too large because then it ends up with the nearest agent. We do not take responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company, nor financial responsibility for consequences that may arise. The following are important to keep in mind:

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you have provided for delivery and which may be used for notification is correct. This fee includes costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling.
In the case of home delivery or direct delivery to a company, it is the customer's responsibility to receive the product.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not pick up a damaged package!
If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report.
