Complaints and refunds
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without stating any reason. Notice of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. You pay the return shipping yourself and we only make a refund on the goods returned when you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To cancel your purchase, it is important that you notify us at order@redcedar.co.uk before you send the product back so that we can help you, give you the correct return instructions and to be prepared to receive the product. And also possibly be able to send out a return slip. Please also enter your order number in this contact, which simplifies and speeds up your case. We also want to inform you that you as a consumer can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction. When returning products that are part of a discounted package or multi-pack, these are credited, but based on the other included products being calculated at the regular price - ie the package's discount is removed.
Complaints: If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you get a new product or the defect is remedied with, for example, new parts. The right to make a complaint does not apply to wear and tear damage, fall damage, damage due to external factors that cannot be directly attributed to defects in the product, defects due to handling or deficiencies in care etc. In the event of a complaint, always notify us at order@redcedar.co.uk to initiate a complaint matter. At this stage, our customer service guides the customer to establish that the error relied on is in fact of such a nature that it may give rise to a complaint.
