Refund policy
Returns, refunds and faulty items
This policy applies to orders placed on redcedar.co.uk by customers in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Change-of-mind returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you would like to cancel your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. After you tell us you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
To start a return, please email order@redcedar.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide the return instructions.

Condition of returned items
Please return items in their original packaging where possible and in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If an item has been used or handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the returned goods until they reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
We will refund the price paid for the returned item(s) and any standard delivery cost that must be refunded under applicable consumer law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund up to the standard delivery cost.
Bundles, kits and multi-packs
If you return part of a discounted bundle, kit or multi-pack, your refund may be adjusted so that any bundle discount is removed from the items you keep.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at order@redcedar.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement, repair, refund or return shipping support, in line with your statutory rights. We will not charge return shipping for accepted faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items.
